The dock has 2 jet ski ports and is large enough (21x16) to park your boat during the season. You step out the door and walk straight down to the water - no packing up, no hauling gear, just instant lake life. It's a great way to make family memories and have awesome/fun weekends. If you do not have a boat, Glade Marina provides a boating club and rental boats. This updated cabin stays true to its "Vintage" Airstream Charm. The cabin has 1 combined living/bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 interior half bath, and 1 bath house (which includes a tankless water heater, shower and washer/dryer hookup). There is also a large screen porch (that can be enclosed) creating the perfect spot for morning coffee and sunset gatherings. The kitchen includes a stove, vintage sink, refrigerator, cabinets and storage. The cabin also has 2 HVAC Mini Split units keeping it very cool/warm throughout the seasons. The cabin comes furnished and is turn key ready. Glade Marina is a gated community with owner/member activities on site throughout the year. Social events range from dancing under the stars to chili cookoffs. It's a great small community to be a part of. The marina provides security, street lights, water, trash bins/dumpsters, dog trails, walking trails, free winter boat storage (for cabin owners), and additional parking and bathhouses for guests to use while visiting. There are lots of amenities. The cabin cannot be used as a rental or a full-time residence. You own the cabin and the dock, but not the land. The land is owned by Army Corps of Engineers. There is a Monthly Corp/Marina fee of 899.19.
